NARDINE KHALIL

Psychodynamic Psychotherapist & Dramatherapist. HCPC & BACP.

Therapy in Arabic & English:

I specialise in working with individuals who struggle with identity issues due to psychosocial factors such as race, religion, politics, culture or language, as well as sexuality, gender and neurodiversity. Whether you are mixed race, a child of migrants, or simply feel like you don’t belong, I can help you explore your identity.

I integrate elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy alongside dramatherapy. That means that I use creative approaches to therapy and body movement to help us understand our unconscious processes and physical responses.

Sometimes clients find it easier to talk in their mother tongue so I offer therapy in Arabic as well as English.

Areas I work with:

I work with a variety of issues, among them identity issues, anger, anxiety, stress, self-esteem and confidence, body image, loss & bereavement, religious abuse, homesickness and displacement, and family conflict. I work with individuals from different backgrounds.
